I recommend this package to first time Mama's & Mama's who've never had a doula before. The Willow Package includes:
- On call availability beginning at 36 weeks
- 2 prenatal visits
- Personalized birth plan
- In person labor & birth support
- Present until baby's first feeding
- 2 postpartum visits
- Access to Resource List & Birthing Rights Package
+ During your prenatal visits, we will be creating a birth plan, going over your birth rights, educating you about what happens to your body during labor & creating a postpartum plan.
+ Each postpartum visit will be a maximum of two hours long. Postpartum care is extremely important to me, so these visits will be mostly geared towards Mama. We will focus on your mental state & how you are adapting to being a new mom for the first time or all over again. Light housework will be done if requested. If you wish to add any additional services onto your postpartum visits, just ask!
