Our first introduction to one another will simply be a meet & greet. We will use this time to see if we are a great fit for one another. We will address each others wants, needs & how you expect your birth experience to go. Below is the booking process from start to finish for all of my clients:

1. Inquire: If you are wanting to know more about the services I provide or even doulas in general, feel free to send me an inquiry. I will respond within 24-48 hours to set up a date for a free consultation.

2. Book A Consultation: This will be a free 30-minute meet & greet. I'm happy to talk with you via phone call, video call or in-person to ensure all your questions are answered.

3. Choose A Package: This is when you select the doula package that is right for you! If you need assistance, please feel free to ask.

4. Contract: Once you're ready to seal the deal, I'll send over a contract for you to sign.

5. Deposit: A $200 non-refundable Prenatal & Postpartum Services Fee is due to secure my services. This fee will be in addition to the first payment, should you decide to pay in installments.

• I offer 3 different payment options:

  • You can pay the entire fee at once & I will take 5% off the total at time of payment.

  • You can pay in 2 equal payments, 1 at time of contract agreement, with the balance to be paid by 37 weeks gestation.

  • You can pay in 4 equal payments, 1 at time of contract agreement, with the balance spread over 3 payments due by 37 weeks gestation.

  • Should this agreement take place after you have reached 37 weeks, we can sit down and come up with due dates for payment.

6. Intake Form: I will send a New Client Form that will help me best tailor my services to your specific needs.

7. Schedule Visits: I'll follow up with further details based on the package you choose.
