I’m Kiona (key-oh-nuh), the doula behind Hey Mama Birthing Services. I want to be open & straightforward— Birth is normal. Birth is natural. Birther’s decisions should be heard as well as respected. As a Doula, I aim to provide a safe space for you to decide how you want to deliver your baby(ies), whether that is at home, a birthing center, or a hospital. It is your body, baby & birthday party. You were built for this, so don’t let anyone make you doubt yourself or your body’s capabilities. I am beyond honored to be in the most sacred of spaces & hope to meet you soon!
